Payment Policy
At Neon Tech Earth Solutions, we work towards providing our customers purchasing Solar Products, Electrical Equipment, and Earthing Solutions a safe and hassle-free payment process. Our Payment Policy outlines payment methods, billing terms, and related procedures for the purpose of transparency and clarity to our customers.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
- Net Banking of leading Indian banks
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – PIN codes and order types option
- Industrial bulk orders and B2B orders (against invoice) through bank transfer
2. Order Confirmation
- Payment is accepted only for orders confirmed and in full, except for COD or approved business accounts.
- Upon successful payment, a confirmation receipt is instantly emailed with order and billing details.
- Order processing is only triggered after payment gateway confirmation.
3. Security & Fraud Prevention
- All payments made over the internet are SSL-encrypted to industry standards.
- We do not retain your credit card, UPI PIN, or CVV with us.
- Suspicious transactions can be reported and orders placed on hold for investigation.
4. Failed or Cancelled Payments
- If the transaction is not successful but the amount is deducted, the refunds are directly credited by the bank within 5–7 working days.
- In case of UPI delay or technical failure, please contact the payment provider and share the UTR with our support team.
- Repeated order cancellations of COD can result in future COD restrictions.
5. Payment for Solar, Electrical & Earthing Orders
Solar Equipment
- Costly solar panel kits and inverters will typically demand 100% advance payment.
- Financing options or EMI schemes (if available) are displayed on qualifying listings.
Electrical Products
- All the controls, wires, and control devices are accessible for COD and prepaid checkouts.
- Bulk orders for panels, MCCBs, or contactors may demand advance bank payment.
Earthing Systems
- Because of weight and customization, earthing kits are usually prepaid in full before shipping.
- GST invoices are issued with each business transaction as necessary.
