Shipping Policy

At Neon Tech Earth Solutions, our goal is to deliver quick, safe, and cost-effective delivery in India for all orders, such as Solar Energy Systems, Electrical Supplies, and Earthing Components. Our logistics system is efficient to get your products delivered to you in their original state and within time.

1. Delivery Timelines

Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Domestic normal delivery within India is 3–7 working days.
Outer or rural areas can take extra transit time.
Bulk or pallet orders (solar panels, earthing rods) can be booked through cargo logistics with extra caution.

2. Shipping Charges

We provide free shipping on certain products and on orders over a minimum value (indicated on the product page).
Shipping charge for heavy items (i.e. solar batteries or several earthing rods) is charged at checkout.
For large or bespoke B2B orders, our shipping department hand quotes for delivery.

3. Packaging & Damage Protection

All products are wrapped with industry-standard packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
Sensitive products such as MCBs and solar glass panels are exported in reinforced packaging with labeling.
If your package is tampered or damaged, we ask you to notify us within 24 hours with supporting photos.

4. Tracking & Communication

You will be given a tracking number through SMS and email when your order is shipped.
You can track the status of your order from your My Account page.
Our customer service team also keeps regular tabs on overdue shipments.

5. Category-Specific Shipping Notes

Solar Products

Panels, batteries, and inverters are transported via surface shipping with edging and cushioning protectors.
Orders of over 50 kg would be transported by logistics/cargo suppliers and would include a lead time to handle.

Electrical Products

MCBs, switches, and relays are packaged in anti-static, moisture-sealed packaging.
Smaller products (wiring kits, cables) are typically dispatched by courier partners such as Delhivery or Blue Dart.

Earthing Components

Chemical compounds and rod-based systems are transported in closed containers to avoid spillage and corrosion.
Heavy bulk material is palletized and strapped for safety during road transport.

6. Shipping Delays

While we try our best to deliver within the timeline estimated, there can be a delay owing to natural disasters, strikes, or unexpected logistic problems. We shall always inform you and try an expeditious solution.
