Return Policy

We at Neon Tech Earth Solutions pride ourselves on the quality of products offered in categories such as Electrical Components, Solar Energy Systems, and Earthing Solutions. Nevertheless, if you're not totally happy with your purchase for any reason, we have a customer-friendly return policy to make your shopping experience effortless and worry-free.

Return Eligibility

  • Products should be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Products should be neworiginal packaging, including all accessories, instruction manual, and invoice.
  • Availabe for products belonging to categories: Solar panels, Inverters, MCBs, Wires, Connectors, Earthing rods, Surge Protectors, etc.
  • Made-to-order or customized products are not returnable.
  • Products with evidence of installation, usage, or tampering are not returnable.

Category-Specific Conditions

Solar Products

  • Solar panels should be returned in original crate/package to prevent transit damage.
  • Charge controllers, inverters, and solar batteries should be sealed and unused.
  • Installed systems are not returnable except if faulty and reported within 48 hours.

Electrical Products

  • MCBs, switches, and sockets should not be opened.
  • Wiring rolls should not be cut or tampered with.
  • Industrial equipment being returned should have a technical report of inspection in case they were installed.

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your account and access My Orders.
  2. Choose the product and click on "Request Return".
  3. Post clear photographs of the item and state your reason.
  4. Wait for approval (usually within 1–2 working days).
  5. Pack the item well and hand over to our courier.

Refunds

As soon as the returned product clears our inspection, a refund will be processed in 5–7 working days to your original mode of paymentFor orders by COD, store credit or NEFT refund will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed solar products
  • Opened SPDs, MCBs, or safety-critical products
  • Bulk orders for projects (unless previously agreed)
  • Earthing products exposed to weather/soil
