Refund Policy
At Neon Tech Earth Solutions, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of all our products—whether Earthing Systems, Solar Energy Components, or Electrical Devices. If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, we have a clear refund policy to ensure fairness, transparency, and convenience.
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are for products in original condition returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unbroken, and returned with all accessories, invoice, and original packaging.
- Eligible products include: Earthing rods, backfill compounds, surge protectors, wires, solar panels, inverters, and circuit components.
- Custom-built or modified products are not eligible for refund except if damaged during shipping or defective.
Refund Process
- Initiate a return or refund request from your account or call customer support.
- Upload the proof of purchase and photos/videos (for damaged goods).
- Upon verification, our team will schedule a pickup or inspection.
- Upon approval, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- In case of COD orders, we will issue a refund via NEFT or store credit.
Refund Methods
- Online Payments: Refund to the original payment method (UPI, Net Banking, Cards).
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer after KYC verification.
- B2B Orders: Refunds to registered business accounts only.
Important Notes by Category
Solar Energy Systems
- Scratched panels or those with installation marks are not acceptable.
- Refund only when tamper seals are intact and in original packaging.
- Inverters and controllers must not be set or connected.
Electrical Products
- No refund for switchgear that has been installed or wires that have been cut.
- Packaged items must not be opened.
- Test reports (if any) must also be returned.
Earthing Products
- Earth rods or chemicals that have been used or installed are not returnable.
- Unused accessories (clamps, pits, plates) must be undamaged and clean.
- Field failure must be recorded for technical inspection.
Non-Refundable Products
- Customized industrial panels or solar kits
- Used circuit breakers, surge protectors opened
- OEM-branded or specially ordered products
- Products damaged by misuse or improper installation
